ADHD Course Week 2
Moving from Insight to Action: Structure, Not Stress
Last week, you mastered the "Why" behind your child's behaviour and shifted your perspective from "won't" to "can't." This week, we move into the "How."
You learned that the ADHD brain lacks internal structure, which is why yelling, nagging, or punishing doesn't work. The solution isn't to force them to be more organised; it's to build external supports that help them succeed without conflict.
Your Week 2 module is ready! This week is all about helping your child succeed with structure, not stress.
What You Will Accomplish This Week:
You'll learn:
β Why ADHD brains need external supports (and why your current attempts at routines might be failing).
β How to use visuals, routines, and timers that actually work with the ADHD brain's unique relationship with time and memory.
β A simple routine tool to try this week that will immediately reduce morning and bedtime battles.
