Hi, I’m Brooke—and I created this space for parents like you.
You’re doing your best — reading the books, listening to the podcasts, holding it together when your child is melting down or refusing to move. You want to parent with connection and calm, but it’s hard to know what’s right when the behaviour is intense, your nerves are shot, and nobody seems to get it.
I do.
I’m a registered psychologist and parenting coach who’s spent years helping families navigate challenges that don’t fit neatly into a checklist — from emotional outbursts to neurodivergence, anxiety, shutdowns, or “just being tricky.”
And after working with hundreds of parents and carers, I saw a gap: Parents weren’t just waiting for answers — they were burning out trying to find them.
Why I Created The Confident Parent Collective
This membership isn’t therapy. It’s not another parenting book you won’t finish.
It’s a warm, safe place where you can ask real questions — get thoughtful, expert answers — and feel a little less alone while doing the hardest job in the world.
I created it for parents who are:
Feeling overwhelmed by their child’s big feelings or behaviour
Tired of second-guessing themselves
Unsure how to set boundaries, support emotional regulation, or even just get through the day
Looking for real guidance without waitlists, referrals, or guilt
Whether you’re navigating life with a neurodivergent child, a highly sensitive kid, or just a wild season of parenting—you’re welcome here.
What You’ll Find Inside
The Collective gives you:
A place to ask your questions and receive personal, expert guidance
Weekly live coaching calls where you can join in or watch the replay
A library of calm-down scripts, emotional tools, and behaviour supports
A private, non-judgmental community of like-minded parents
The confidence to know you’re doing what your child needs — not what Instagram says you should
You’re Not Doing It Wrong — You’re Just Doing It Alone.
Let’s change that.
The Confident Parent Collective is here to help you feel more connected, more capable, and less reactive — so you can show up for your child (and yourself) with the confidence you deserve.
